Hi! i_speak_tongue here, with my first guest reccer post for this month! As the post's title might suggest, this isn't  about Dean going on dates. This one involves high quality GEN casefic, all of them including some lovely hurt!Dean and h/c. I don't tend to read very many multi-chaptered fics, so when I do, they have to really capture my attention with some awesome writing, along with a fairly swiftly moving plot and excellent characterization. And of course, the hope of a little h/c for our beloved. The fic I've chosen here deliver these in spades. They're entertaining as hell.

There's something to be said for some subtle h/c nested nicely into a casefic. You can get excited about it in a way you really can't with straight-up h/c. It's kind of like an old fashioned date. The case is dinner and a movie and the spots of h/c are those sweet moments where you hold hands and maybe share a chaste kiss at the end of the night. AWWWWWE. Cute, right? So if you don't normally have the patience to read through casefic because you are that much of an h/c junkie (which, dude, I have totes been there, and I have my own key), then try these on for size, just for the sake of nostalgia for the good ol' days when you got excited about holding hands.
