There’s Tight Leash and King Sam, and I’ve actually never been much on the boyking!Sam bandwagon but I AM NOW. /stares forever (NSFW; Dean/Sam, restraints/ropes/handcuffs, injuries (misc.), captivity, possible torture)

A/N: This fic disregards what canon has to say about werewolves. It is AU in that Sam and Dean are not brothers, there was no great Azazel plot to the fire in Sam's nursery, it was just a demon doing what demons do.
Summary: Sam pulled into Red Lodge expecting a straightforward hunt, something to take his mind off the recent loss of his father to the demon that killed his mother. What he gets instead is the company of a hunter with sharp edges, a monochromatic view of the world, and an unconventional companion. Turns out the vampires might not be Sam’s biggest challenge with this hunt.

Evasive Maneuvers. The one where Dean goes to interview a victim, and Sam has to come pick him up because he's a sicky, feverish, sneezy, fainting mess.
