Summary: Yet another fill for this prompt: The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and wee Dean gets stuck in a treeeee. There are tears.
About as much angst as you'd expect from five-year-old Dean (aka, quite a bit). It's still got comfort in there, though. Why yes, I was just starting in on this when I spontaneously stopped giggling and started taking the prompt seriously..

The Stars At The End of the Longest Day
Summary: on July 4th, 2010, Dean wakes up in a hospital bed... and Sam is there. But that can't be right... can it? Fill for this. It's the fourth of July, and Dean is in the hospital. Sam smuggles him gently onto the roof to watch the local fireworks display.
Sam is not as gentle as he could have been, for reasons that will make sense if the first part of the summary made sense. But, he also sort of... is? Ambiguity. Angst.
