At the request of a few of you, it's friending meme time again! <3 This is a friending meme for fans of Dean-centric hurt/comfort, so you TOTALLY don’t have to be a watcher or member of the comm to participate, but you should be a fan of Dean and his epic manpain.

Alastair is my boy! I love Zachariah and Crowley too - even Ruby I enjoy in her interaction with Dean. Dean and whiskey do go marvelously together ;)

I don't really do wincest, but non-con (I'm working on getting better about including/exploring recovery - I really suck at the comfort part of the h/c ;)), addiction, depression, insomnia and panic attacks + Dean = love.

And I never really thought about it, so I love you for mentioning it, but I have such an unsteady hand kink. There's just something about that lack of control.

Hee yes, totally the control thing. I think that's why I love the non-con, addiction, and panic attacks so much, too. The shaky hands are such a minute manifestation of the same kind of thing, it's adorable.

Thanks so much! I actually wrote a huge chunk for the next chapter of Some Things Stay Broken today - that's my recovery training story. I figured that if I started with all the hurt in the past and couldn't physically hurt Dean any more without killing him then I'd have no choice but to focus on recovery ;)

Exactly! And there really is something adorably vulnerable about the shaking hands...
