Author Spotlight
Mirrodance
When I read Mirrordance's stories I think, damn these fic are so well thought out and formed with a foreword and afterword and credits. Not to mention wonderful style. She really ought to be one of the official writers for those Supernatural books. Because those books would be really worth reading.

Reccer’s comments: This is the story that got me hooked to this author. All 3 hunts really tell the tale of how hunting life couldn't rest well with Sam but the real clincher was the third one. Not only was the case in and of it self perfectly paced and intriguing but the outcome really brought it all to a head. I really wish this could have been an episode.
Title: Things_We_Know

Tags: electric shock, injuries (misc), hospitalization
Characters:Sam, Dean, John
Genre/pairing: Gen, AU
Type/medium: Fic

Spoilers: “Faith”
Warnings: Character Death, Language
Description: A salute to the classic episode Faith... would Sam still have taken a dying Dean to Reverend Roy LeGrange even if he knew that to save his brother would be at the cost of a stranger's life? Alternate ending. Warning: Character death and language
Reccer’s comments: I don't really like character death fics, but I gave it a shot because it was by Mirrordance. Its everything a deathfic ought to be; sad, hopeful, full of comfort for the hurt, angsty and full of heartfelt realistic dialouge. You feel for all the Winchester men here, although Dean is primary.
