From the prompt: Dean is sick and feverish with a cold and Sam has a heart for nurse play.

He takes Dean's temperature, feels his pulse, maybe even uses medical instruments like a stethoscope. Normally Dean wouldn't let him and make a fuss about it, but he's rather to sick for a bitch fit or Sam is able to convince him of the necessity of the exams.

Anyway, Dean's all pliant and easily obeying to Sam's gentle commands to 'open his mouth' or 'tilt his head', even if he complains about things being 'cold' or unpleasant.

Sam really, really (!) likes Dean being so submissive and pets and comforts him all the time while he exams him.
