Author's note: This is for JennyTorks wish: Wish 4. The boys stop for over a year someplace. Sam thinks Dean is selling drugs (or worse) to get all the extra money they suddenly have. It's not until Dean ends up in the hospital for some reason that he realises Dean has been working two or three jobs.
