A/N: It's always tempting to write long notes. Especially this time, because this took a lot from me, somehow. Writing about grief is never easy, and it always feels personal. There's a lot of hurt, some shameless sick!Dean, and a bit of comfort at the end. This one is pretty heavy on the internal ramblings, so be prepared for that.
