A/N: Written for nwhepcat's prompt: What could be suckier than getting a raging case of shingles for Christmas? at the hoodie_time winter h/c meme. Although I failed on the follow-through, because it's winter, but not quite Christmas, and Dean has shingles, but I'm not sure they qualify as "raging" exactly. 
SUMMARY: It's snowing, and a bear has woken up.
