Lonely Prompts Spotlight
I'm trying something new out here. At the end of this month, (and once a month or so in future months, if you guys like the plan) I’ll be making a post highlighting 5 random prompts from our various comment memes that have yet to be filled, in the hopes that someone/several people will pick them up. Think of the crying baby cheetah!!!! ...okay, so I picked one just because I love it. ::is guilty:: But for the rest, I've made sure to mix up the types of prompts and to not pick my own prompts since that might be weird, and that's about it.
The only rule here is to please post your fills as comment-fics or link to them at your journal as a comment to the original prompt. You can definitely post them to the comm itself, (it’s encouraged, really) but please do the other as well, so that the prompter will know you've filled it and so that I can add it to the meme masterlist for all to see. ;) There are no deadlines or other rules.
You can use the .lonely prompts challenge tag when posting to the comm.

Dean develops idiopathic peripheral neuropathy.
It's subtle at first —he jams his fingers in the door, maybe, and doesn't notice, is perplexed when he finds bruises he can't explain, maybe takes a knock to the head and just shrugs it off.
Then it all goes spectacularly south.

Gen, pls - post season 5: For some reason, I think it would be awesome to have Dean in a sensory depriviation tank - why is up to you. Anyhoo, as he starts to disconnect and trip, what comes to him is his greatest fear: being alone. He hasn't had Sam back for very long and he starts to think that he's been in the tank for hours, then days, then weeks. Is he starving, he thinks maybe he is and he thinks maybe that he's been in the tank for so long that it's rancid with his urine and his shit and he's banging and banging on it to be let out, but he's starting to wonder if the whole world has just gone away while he's in the tank. Worse, he's started to worry that Sammy's gone away, been taken away, and he starts to think this because he thinks Sam's spirit is in the tank with him now, begging to be set free, begging for a salt and burn. And, you know, because it's me and this is the LONGEST PROMPT EVER, Sam's "spirit" is looking pretty rough. Down right horrific in fact and it's tearing Dean apart. Might need to be some clinging to Sam and obsessvively checking him out when all is said and done.

Undercover!Dean has been captured by a coven or some supernatural gang. Sam infiltrates the group to rescue him, but once there, he realizes Dean is sick and/or hurt. How can he help Dean without breaking his own cover and spoiling the rescue plan??
It doesn't have to be this exact scenario--I just want an h/c situation in which the boys cannot let anyone know they know each other much less are brothers. Stealth h/c, as it were.

Dean is quarantined.
Picturing a deathly ill!Dean snatched up by either the CDC or some secret organization, and being poked and prodded, and put in one of those scary plastic tent things and everyone's got hazmat suits on or whatever and Dean is freaking out, but just too damn weak to escape. And that's where Sammy comes in. Maybe it's future fic?
But really, I'd be happy with anything quarantine-related. Seriously.

Sam, Dean - gen or Sam/Dean would be fantastic! Season 5.
The angels bring Alistair back to torture Dean into saying "yes." This prompt sounds pretty gruesome, but I'd love some real comforting too, pretty please. :)
