I actually took this pretty much wholesale... it was season four I think, when Dean woke up and heard Sam on the phone with Ruby in the bathroom. I really just added the tissue box, but there was no way to make it look like it belonged there at all without going with the paint angle.

Thank you so much, I love making these but it wouldn't be nearly as much fun if no one else ever saw them or got them.
