Again, the art here doesn’t fit this comm’s guidelines the way the fic does, but you should totally check it out as well. Fantastic art inspires fantastic stories! ;)

Tags: injury, insomnia, physical abuse, psychological issues
Characters: Dean, Ben, Lisa, Sam, Bobby
Genre/pairing: Dean/Lisa, future-fic
Rating: PG-13
Word-count: 34,230
Spoilers: Through early Season 6.
Warnings: Violence, ritual abuse and nudity with children present, but not involved. Distorted uses of biblical quotes/Christian doctrine/ceremony.
Summary: Two years after losing his brother, Dean has settled down and started a new family, but he’s never forgotten the family he left behind and his past has not forgotten him.
Reccer’s comments: If you’re a fan of daddy!Dean, you’ll ♥ this! It's generally not my thing, actually, but this totally won me over. I love the way the author created/wrote Dean’s family dynamics; it felt really organic. I also love that it shows while Dean may have settled down, he's just as ready as ever to do whatever he has to do for his family. A nice, long, engaging read!

Tags: catatonia, curse/spell, stress, ep: My Bloody Valentine
Genre/pairing: Sam/Dean
Rating: R
Word-count: 8,800
Spoilers: Takes place between My Bloody Valentine and Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid.
Summary: Sam and Dean, working a case, knowing they're better together than apart.
Reccer’s comments: I’ve been craving good Sam/Dean fic like crazy lately, and this delivers in every possible way. Set sometime after My Bloody Valentine, it deals with the rift between Dean and Sam at that point in time, wonderfully illustrating their frustration with each other as well as their fear and love for each other. And there’s a great casefic too!
There isn’t a word wasted here; I love it to pieces.
