Reccer’s comments: If you’re a fan of daddy!Dean, you’ll ♥ this! It's generally not my thing, actually, but this totally won me over. I love the way the author created/wrote Dean’s family dynamics; it felt really organic. I also love that it shows while Dean may have settled down, he's just as ready as ever to do whatever he has to do for his family. A nice, long, engaging read!

Set sometime after My Bloody Valentine, it deals with the rift between Dean and Sam at that point in time, wonderfully illustrating their frustration with each other as well as their fear and love for each other. And there’s a great casefic too!

There isn’t a word wasted here; I love it to pieces.

Regarding "We Start And End With Family": I am reading this as each chapter posts and all I can say is- Run, don't walk, and read this story!!! It grabs you from the start and does not let you go. And the author writes such realistic dialogue for all the characters....and Dean makes a damn fine Daddy and Lisa makes a darn good wife/companion. I love this story.
