Summary: Written for the prompt at hoodie-time: Whatever Dean was eating in Purgatory, it wasn't what you'd call well-balanced meals. And adjusting back to 'real' food is harder than he expected. Dean's thin, borderline underweight (despite Sam's bitching at him to eat something), and his immune system really isn't up to dealing with flu season...

Summary: This is the end of Season 10, and Dean has gone dark side again. Time has come for Castiel to fulfill the promise made to him in 10x09, but Sam is there to prevent him from harming his brother.

I'm posting the fic here as I consider it fitting the topic. Yes, Dean's not the only one hurt, and there's no that much of a comfort (although both other characters do what they can to help).
