Title: You Toss 'em Back and Be a Man
Rating: PG
Wordcount: 1000
Disclaimer: Not my boys. Kripke broke them long before I ever got to them.
Summary: Coda to 1x15 - The Benders: The boys got away from the crazy family of serial killers, but Sam's legs are still cramping and Dean's subconscious is still torturing him.

"I could tie you to a spring gun and lock you up in Alcatraz and you'd still get yourself abducted by homicidal maniacs."

Title: Devil He Told Me to Roll
Author: Mirabella
Tags: cuts/lacerations, fever, infected wounds
Characters: Dean, Sam, Bobby
Genre/pairing: Sam/Dean, pre-series AU
Rating: PG-13
Word-count: N/A
Spoilers: None
Warnings: None
Summary: Dean knows he's screwed up. The trick is going to be keeping Sam from finding out just how bad.
Reccer: anonymous
Reccer’s comments: Gorgeous brotherly love. I hope this is very well known throughout the fandom, but it's definitely worth a re-read, particularly if you miss the brothers' early dynamic. Set pre-series when Sam is in college with a clever AU twist, this story's spot-on voices will make it your new happy place. If you love both Sam and Dean and their overwhelming love for each other, settle down and read this slowly, savoring every word!

Title: Wedding Crashed
Author: [livejournal.com profile] moragmacpherson and [livejournal.com profile] dragonspell
Tags: injury, pain, physical assault/abuse, shower sharing
Characters: Sam, Dean
Genre/pairing: Sam/Dean, PWP
Rating: NC-17
Word-count: 9,780
Spoilers: Season six, post "Like a Virgin" but prior to "Frontierland"
Warnings: graphic sexual content, multiple sexual situations with varying degrees of consent, gen and non-gen breathplay
Summary: It all comes back to this: Dean's groin feels like it’s on fire, his throat’s covered in a necklace of bruises, and he never wants to move again.
Reccer: anonymous
Reccer’s comments: This was so, so much fun. It's amusing, smoking hot, and topped off with delicious h/c. I was also impressed by how well the writers' styles meshed together.

Title: How Dean Winchester Got Everything He Didn’t Know He Wanted For Christmas
Author: [livejournal.com profile] runedgirl
Tags: bottom!Dean, restraints/ropes/handcuffs, psychological issues, self-esteem issues
Characters: Sam, Dean
Genre/pairing: Sam/Dean
Rating: NC-17
Word-count: N/A
Spoilers: Spoilers for 4.10 - takes place just after
Warnings: bondage
Summary: For the prompt ‘Sam taking care of Dean in every way possible, at a remote cabin.’ I tried to hit as many kinks as I could – Whew! And maybe there’s a happy ending in there too. The boys wanted to play dirty, it’s not my fault!
Reccer: anonymous
Reccer’s comments: I’m discovering this a few years (and months!) late, but oh well, it’s like Christmas in July! It was so nice to see Dean letting Sam take control like this. Sweet and kinky and comforting.

Title: Vertigo
Rating: PG-13
Spoilers: 4.16, "On the Head of a Pin"
Wordcount: ~1.2k
Genre: Gen, horror, angst
Characters/pairings: Dean/Alastair.
Contents/warnings/kinks: Allusions to torture, mindgames, amnesia, stalking, flashbacks
A/N: Written for [livejournal.com profile] blindfold_spn to the prompt Alistair/Dean, early S4, Dean doesn't remember.

Summary: Just because Dean does not remember hell does not mean it never existed, only that it's become a part of him.

[The man, seated at a side table in the corner of the room, wasn't one Dean would normally give a second glance.]

So, our latest challenge, a Dean-focused h/c tags challenge, is going awesomely! But this is me looking ahead a little to what we should do after this challenge is over, and before the next one.

As most of you are probably aware, we put on a comment-meme here every several months. There are our regular comment memes and the occasional themed comment meme – so far there’s been a Halloween/Autumn-themed one. This year, I’ll probably just make a post of all the lonely prompts from that meme in the fall for people to browse, and do a Winter/holiday-themed one instead to mix things up some.

Anyway, I’d love your input on what other themed memes we should do! Remember that Dean-centric h/c is a factor as well, and while I’m open to anything, try not to get TOO specific. For example, a pre-series comment meme would be a good theme, but a solely Stanford-era meme might be a bit confining.

Two themes I’m personally considering are 1. fever and 2. wacky curses and tropes – such as age regression, truth spells/loss of inhibitions spells, love spells, sex pollen, amnesia, etc. The first one because it’s our most used h/c tag, and also because it’s my faaavourite. The second one just because I think it would be fun. Y/n?

Title: Kindness of a Stranger
Author: Anne Higgins
Rating: PG to soft R
Fandom: Supernatural
Pairing: Dean/Castiel
Prompt: sepsis/septicemia for the Tags Challenge at [livejournal.com profile] hoodie_time
Warnings: None
Word Count: 9,050

Summary: Dean's on his own, hurt, probably dying, and having a lot of trouble figuring out why he should care. Enter a stranger who inexplicably discovers he really, really does. An AR in which the Winchesters catch up with and destroy Azazel in the first season episode Shadow and Castiel really is sort of a tax accountant, just not a holy one.

Still he held out some hope Dad might clap him on the shoulder and say 'let's hit the road, son.' Except no.
