Summary: Written for the hoodie_time  hoodie_timeDean focused H/C Comment Meme v2.0 and for roque_clasique  who wanted: Dean and Sam see each other after a long absence, and Dean is suffering from a permanent injury that is impossible to hide. So, yes. Dean is injured and he goes to see Sam on his graduation day. Sam, oh, he has a problem or two of his own.
