A young Dean is diagnosed with cancer. John's scared of having to settle in one place for too long and of losing his oldest boy/best friend. Sam's afraid of losing the person who means most to him and Dean's just scared. Lot's of comforting all around. Could be gen or Dean/John/Sam or any combination of Winchesters. Character death ok, if you're so inclined.
