You don't have to use this idea, but I've always been of the opinion that Dean is truly Ben's father, that Lisa lied for whatever reason. Or, maybe you can write something set a little bit in the future where Dean finds out he fathered a child with Lisa, and it's not not Ben. I see him with a daughter.
