Nope, no real specific images. Dean has a bad cold - the flu. They are hold up at a motel and Sam is taking care of him. It wouldn't be needed until probably after Xmas since we are doing a Xmas ficcy of the verse first and then this follows our fic Haunted (for the verse) so this is why it is S1 boys.
