Sure, the cotton balls've got some steel wool busting out their asses, heavy with storm, and that fence is ugly as shit, but other than that, scenery's pretty nice.

Anyhow, I missed the Dean-centric Wish List Party Post. Too much eggnog, I guess.

Here's the plot bunny...

Dean has a chronic illness (writer's choice). It can be the onset of the illness or the illness can be getting worse. Sam takes him to the doctor, Dean grumbling and being stubborn. The doctor prescribes new meds and Dean ends up suffering one or more of those annoying side effects in addition to his chronic illness. Panicky, worried, but ultimately resourceful and caring Sam a huge plus.

Doesn't matter if it's gen or slash.
