Summary: AU tag to 'Sam, Interrupted'. Dean finds himself not only trapped inside a mental hospital, but inside of himself and his memories of hell. While the hospital staff attempts to save him, Dean realizes that he is not the only one at the hospital threatened by ghosts of the past.
