Author's Note: I asked my friend shuffles if she had a prompt on hand for me on friday and she came back with two. The story that follows is the first thing that popped into me head [after several rewrites] I hope you enjoy!

“Right Dean, ‘cause it’s much more likely I’m sitting here playing with the thermostat,” Sam said dryly. He walked across the room to his bag digging through it for a bottle of pills. “I knew I should have taken you to the ER,” Sam fumed, clearly more worried than angry.

What is WRONG with him?" and-- oh, it's hard to explain, I don't even KNOW." - this series, as explained by meyerlemon in a previous section. Adult, het, Dean/ofc, Sam.

Reccer's notes: So yeah, this is part of a series, but I think it can definitely be read it as a stand-alone. Also, this Dean isn’t exactly my version of Dean, but I really, really love this story anyway. It’s quirky, and funny, and hot, and just generally wonderful. onelittlesleep has a really distinct writing style that I appreciate a lot – her language is stark but somehow very descriptive at the same time. Sam's a great character in this one too!
