Summary: Dean wakes up as a girl and he and Sam have to not only figure out a way to get him back to his male form, but deal with all the challenges and rewards that Dean being a girl presents!

Author Note: This fic was originally started years ago and has been hibernating on my hard drive waiting for my muse to get it's act together and finish this chapter. Thankfully mpregloveranon's cheerleading kicked the muse into shape and I finally got this one done. There are still a couple of chapters to go that still need to be written but they won't take me years this time I promise.
