Summary: Dean dreams.
Spoilers/warnings: set a few days after the s7 finale, so through that. You don't need to have seen any s8. Warning for, um, general wrongness?

A/N: I just woke up and wrote this, so I'm probably going to regret it in the real morning... And yes, I did dream this...
A/N2: there's not a whole lot of comfort by the end of this...
A/N3: I hope I didn't get carried away with tagging things. It's all in here, I promise, but pretty subtle. I couldn't decide what was least subtle so a tagged everything.
Also, wow, I need to stop with the author's notes.
In the dream, he's 26 and flying down the road with Sam.
