What’s your fave kind of h/c, if any? Emotional hurt, hell-issues, PTSD, or classic physical hurt. Illness, sometimes, mostly to get away with reading shameless cuddle!fic. *coughs*
What other characters do you read h/c fic about, if any? Jack and Ianto (ok, fine, mostly Ianto) from Torchwood. I don't read in many fandoms; multi-fandom girl all the way when it comes to watching, but I'm picky with what I read fic for.

Talk to us about your thoughts on hurt/comfort. (How/when did you first discover your love for h/c, whatever.) I love Dean H/C. It's sad when I love to read about my favoriter character, EVER, hurting all over and the comfort he receives in return. I'm twisted, just like everyone else.
What’s your fave kind of h/c, if any? (ie: emotional hurt, physical hurt, illness, etc.) All kinds. Not limited to a specific kind of pain. Emotional pain is more difficult for me, but I like all kinds.

I had NO idea the feelings I was feeling when I was eleven and watching Star Wars for the first time, seeing Luke and his woobie-ness and Han's aftereffects from the carbonite, but I loved it. And I was SO delighted to (eventually) find out that there were others who liked it too!

Talk to us about your thoughts on hurt/comfort. (How/when did you first discover your love for h/c, whatever.) I was always aware of it. I ate up the h/c-y and brotherly vibes going on in The Outsiders when I read it as a kid, and was drawn to it in shows as well, but didn’t discover the online community until much later, and then it took me awhile to ~embrace~ my love.

Lol, when I was, like, 14 and into The X-Files, there was a site called Mulder Torture. Does anyone else remember that? I kind of lived there.
What’s your fave kind of h/c, if any? (ie: emotional hurt, physical hurt, illness, etc.) Feversss. <333 I love how they can crack open a character’s defenses in an organic way. Also, psychological issues/mental illness. With Dean, I’m especially drawn to his post-hell issues, PTSD, depression, and dissociation. o_0
What other characters do you read h/c fic about, if any? (On SPN, or otherwise.) Mostly just Dean. I don’t OTP otherwise, but I’m pretty OTP about my h/c preferences. Idek; I think it's psychologically ingrained somehow.

Talk to us about your thoughts on hurt/comfort. So, as my icon (and profile) says I'm a hurt/comfort addited. Always has even when I used to write Card Captor Sakura fics. But with SPN, and especially Dean it's like I can't get enough.
What’s your fave kind of h/c, if any? ALL OF THEM. I find that each one has some different potential and when they're combined in one story UNF! it's heaven for me.

What’s your fave kind of h/c, if any? (ie: emotional hurt, physical hurt, illness, etc.) My absolute favorite current type of fic are hurt!Dean or sick!Dean with Sam in the comforting role.

What other characters do you read h/c fic about, if any? (On SPN, or otherwise.) It's mostly Supernatural, but I also like to read h/c gen stories involving hurt!Marty in Back to the Future, and hurt!Luke or hurt!Vader in Star Wars.

Me too! I didn't start watching BSG until like the last season or so and never really caught up fast enough to get into fandom much besides reading some fic.

How amazing is that show?

I LOVE IT. I started watching because I loved Idris Elba in the Wire, (where he had a completely different accent; I had no idea he was English) and it sucked me in right away.

I really need to watch the Wire, it's just there's soo muuuch tv.

It's tough to say, but... it might just be the best show I've seen, ever.

It reminds me a bit of British and Canadian police procedurals in the way that it can be slow-moving/shows you every bit of the process, so pp may or may not like that kind of thing. I do, obvs, and would highly recommend it. <333 It's also got great and consistent character development.
