Misc: I had so much fun drawing older!Sam&Dean. And I think I might have grown a crush on this Sam, I just can't help it, lol.
Summary: Dean never expected to live past thirty. Neither did his arteries or stomach lining. And breakfast used to be so much fun, too.

A/N: Title is from Some Die Young, by Laleh. Again, this is not the last thing I’ll write of this story. And this probably isn’t as sad as its prequel, either – though you could always pester me with prompts, if you feel like it. I hope you’ve enjoyed their story as much as I have. <3
Summary: Where this story ends. (For now.)

Teaser: sequel to remember, who we are.
Sam helps Dean and Cas with the aftermath of purgatory. A little time has passed and Sam had some time to figure out Dean. After a little breakfast date, Sam gets an idea on what to do with the two men who are to old and weak for hunting.
This is a sequel to my story remember, who we are. This is for all you nice readers on LiveJournal and Fanfiction.net who have chearleaded for it! This one took me a while to hatch out, but here we are! Of course, you need to read remember first to understand this fic. Remember is a coda to 7.23 that was written for the season 7 finale meme hosted by mad_server. This story is set three months after 7.23.
The things I wrote about the chubacabra are totally made up by me. The one dialog written in italics is spoken in Enochian. And I have no idea how long it takes to recover from malnutrition. My apologies if it's a little unrealistic.
And on a random note: I still have ideas for this trope. Ohmychuck, I didn't plan on writing a 7.23 coda at all, and now this might be turning into a verse! Maybe. If you reviewers think it's good enough to continue. My muse feels tired and empty right now.
Ps. the tags in this comm make this story seem much worse than it is!
Rating: PG13 (some swearing. Blame Dean)
Genre and/or Pairing: established Dean/Cas, brief mentions of Sam/Other and Bobby (and Gabriel, if you squint)
Spoilers: if you know all the characters mentioned above, you're fine.
Warnings/tags: major character death, Dean/Cas, slash, established relationship, domestic, angst, future fic
Word Count: ~2700

Teaser: Dean had to put up with a lot in his long life as hunter. But why is a certain Angel still putting up with him?
My apologies if you have seem this before somewhere else. I just realised that this fic fits perfectly into this comm so I needed to post it.
This is really the mushiest fic I will probably ever write. I really don't know how this happened... The first inspiration came from princess_aleera's mute!Cas verse. There was a line where Dean realised Cas would grow old. Oddly, the thought of them growing old stayed in my brain until I had to write. Hence, this happened... but it took a turn I didn't even expect myself. And sorry for missing creativity with names, lol. Please tell me what you think of this, I'm really unsure this time since I've never written anything like this before. Any kind of critique is very welcome.
Disclaimer: I don't own nothing.
Title: remember, who we are
Characters: Sam, Dean, Castiel
Spoilers: spoilers through 7.23
Warnings: malnutrition, implied violence, language
Word Count: 7500
Sam finds Dean and Cas a day after their fight against Dick Roman. But it seems they stayed much longer in purgatory than that. Sam helps them heal and deal with the aftermath of prugatory. Some Dean/Cas undertones, but this is gen.
A twist on the time-passes-differently-in-Purgatory idea…
Dean (and Cas) spend a verrrry long time searching for a way out, being hunted, beat up, and generally traumatized. But by the time they're successful, hardly any time has passed back on Earth. Dean has a hard time healing and dealing with this. Any pairings!
It's not as bad as the tags in this com make it sound ;)
Disclaimer: I don't own the boys.

A/N: My initial response to this week’s episode. Thanks to mutantjules for putting strange and disturbing images in my head. Title’s from the Hunchback of Notre Dame Disney movie.
A/N2: This is not a nice fic. It’s not graphic, but it does not fix anything from this week’s episode. You have been duly warned. Now feel free to enjoy. ;)
Summary: Sam’s in Toronto fighting a Selkie, apparently; Dean isn’t sure. He never bothered to get the exact details.
Warning: character death
Characters: Sam & Dean
Word count: 1,100
Summary: In 2063, Sam sits at Dean's bedside and thinks about the decades that have gone by, the things that have changed and the things that have stayed the same.
Notes: This was written for the hoodie_time tags challenge, prompt: pneumonia. The title is from Mark Strand's poem "Lines for Winter".
( Sometimes Sam misses the days when he could at least pretend to understand what was going on in a hospital room, when he could steal a white coat and a badge, when he could smile and bluff his way through anything. )
